Jim Picard and John Kapralos of Morgan Williams International have created Mazee LLC in NJ and acquired a 20-year-old U.S. brand called Glee Gum. Since its incorporation in 2001, Morgan-Williams International “has been committed to importing the most recognizable grocery brands into Canada,” according to the company's website.
